Inspiration at Dinner: Posh Placecards Create Meaningful Conversations

I met Janet Wise a few years back. I was about to pop (9+ months pregnant with my little guy), and we were both speaking at a Ladies Who Launch event. Janet was a former HR executive turned entrepreneur. We clicked immediately – a true ‘inspirista‘ with an infectious smile. Come to find out, she not only was in the process of creating The Collaborative Factor, she had collaborated herself with Gail Bigley on creating Posh Placecards.Such a great way to get conversations going, whether hosting a corporate/team-building event, conference, or just a dinner party with friends! They have an “Inspirational” pack (messages like ‘I deserve bliss’, ‘I choose to live authentically’), which I distinctly remember Janet telling me would “give you the message you are supposed to receive” and a “Conversation Starter” set that encourages guests/attendees to answer questions like ‘Where have you experienced a spectacular sunset?’ or ‘What is the most exotic food you have eaten?’ I bet, even if you are in a room full of your closest friends and family, that you will get to know each of them on a deeper level!!
